Raw. Emotions and sound, raw and pure. Sonic blend of wild creativity, psychedelic groove and honesty. A deep musical cocoon wrapping the audience, heightening the senses..
Tim Korry is the singer/songwriter/evil genius of an independent three piece rock band. While the band maybe be young, the experience and heart is ages old. Tim and his bassist Timmy came up together in a burgeoning but small Milwaukee music scene; playing together in the band Rhinocerotic. Rhinocerotic had a strong and faithful following; opening for acts like Green Day and Badfinger, and post shows for the Black Crowes. An appearance on the Nationally Syndicated “Jenny Jones Show” marked the high of achievement.
As with life all things come to an end, and the start of the new century brought an end to Rhinocerotic. Tim’s passion for music carried him, and he continued to play live in the Milwaukee bar scene until his inspiration hit.
His inspiration came in the form of his 2007 debut album “Music From Earth”. The disc, a sonic glimpse into the darkness of relationships and the light of self discovery; was written, recorded and mixed by Tim Korry himself. A true feat for someone without access to expensive studio and engineering; much less a contract artist.
His first single “All My Colors” earned him airplay on WLUM 102.1 in Milwaukee; and was invited to sit in with Kramp and Adler the morning DJs at WLUM. Partnering with a film maker based in Milwaukee; they were able to turn “All My Colors” into a visual and auditory sensation Tim Korry-All My Colors Video (link leads to youtube).
Continuing to use his influences of U2, Peter Gabriel, Jeff Buckley, Stereophonics, Stevie Ray, Beatles, Oasis and Radiohead, Tim intends on releasing a new CD soon, and videos to follow.

There is currently a search for two types of bands for record label consideration.
*** Note: PLEASE IDENTIFY IF YOU ARE IN GROUP 1 OR 2 IN THE SUBJECT LINE OF YOUR RESPONSE. Emails are being reviewed by different representatives.
1. A Pop/Rock/Commercial band with female lead. Band must consist of 2 guitars (Prefer both guitar players to be of lead caliber. However, one lead and one rhythm is acceptable), keyboard/piano, bass, and drums. Lead vocal, followed by backing vocals, in that order, is a plus as it relates to other members of the group. Average age of the band cannot exceed 28 years of age.
* Group must have an outstanding lead vocalist. ** Musicianship throughout the entire band must be very strong. *** Group cannot currently be under any contract of any type that is related to the music industry.
2. A Modern Rock band with male lead. Must be a complete band but there are no prerequisites as it relates to the make up of the band. Average age of the band cannot exceed 23 years of age.
* Group must have an outstanding lead vocalist. ** Musicianship throughout the entire band must be very strong. *** Group cannot currently be under any contract of any type that is related to the music industry.
XXX - If you meet the minimum qualifications as described above. Email a link for your MySpace Page and if applicable, a link for your website to: recordingartistsearch@gmail.com
Only send one email with your links. Due to the volume of responses normally received for these types of opportunities. After review of your material, you will only be contacted if there is an interest in attending one of your shows by a label representative. As such please to not send any follow up emails regarding selections. If you were not contacted back, there was not an interest.
Thank You.
PS: Before You Enter Any MySpace Contests You Might Want To Also Review The Website At: www.st

A huge THANK YOU for helping us in making Kenosha Bloomin’ Days ‘09 blossom
Despite the clouds and rain on Saturday, the streets were filled with great music. It takes a lot of planning and dedication to bring Kenosha Bloomin’ Days to life, but we could not do it without you. Please accept our heartfelt thanks.
Great Show Tim at Points East Pub your band played awesome. Sorry I did not get a chance to talk to you much that night, I was caught up in the business side of the show and was focused on trying to increase the show numbers. The Club owner was happy with the show and we were able to pay the sound guy and door guy with 6.25 for each band. Anyways hope you are well and I will be working on trying to get us future shows. Take good care and have a great week. Regards, David drummer with Big Wish
