About me:
Who I'd like to meet:
I'm a 38 year old male from southern Arizona. I joined the Army in 1987, trained as a medic and was honorably discharged in 1997. I've just rejoined the Army, in August of 2005, again as a medic because I believe we owe the new troops serving in the middle east first rate medical care from the point of injury to the follow up care while they recover in the US. I enjoy providing quality care to the line doggies as well as the chance to serve my country and the rest of the free world (even if they don't appreciate it - the frogs for example). Nothing beats the company of the volunteers in our military. My current plan is to do at least one combat tour in Iraq or Afghanistan and then will return to Fort Sam Houston, Tx to attend the physicians assistant course. After that, I plan to move back to Greece (Piraios and Oropos) and settle down with my wife - maybe work on a whole herd of children. I have two Tri-color rough Collies that are a lot of fun to be around (just ask them - they'll tell you how much fun they can be; especially Argos, who has hours of stories to tell about the good old days when he used to party at the Kremlin with Yeltsin - that pup does enjoy his vodka! Argos' younger brother, Lykeios, has taken up gardening, ice sculpting and teaches astrophysics, golf and remedial spelling at MIT). My wife is a fantastic woman who works as a translator for Oracle in Athens. She's a brilliant woman with a knack for teaching all forms of Greek. She speaks fluent English and French, good Italian, German and Spanish. My wife has majored in psychology, philosophy, and rhetoric - which makes it easy to argue with her, about any topic, but very difficult to win - ever. She puts up with me and will likely be sainted for her patience.Friend Space (Top 39)
