"Tobacco Pat (a.k.a. Logan Farmer), is a young singer/songwriter from Jacksonville, FL who crafts tender introspective songs with elegant melodies. Farmer’s music evokes the lyrical mastery of both the contemporary (Bright Eyes) and classic (Leonard Cohen and Bob Dylan). Tobacco Pat has released two EP’s, The War and The Plague, and his full length Everything Will Be Oklahoma is due out in September."
- Recorddept.com
"Tobacco Pat is tender and emotional with vocal melodies at times minor but also reflective and introspective. His lyrics are in the style of the great musical story tellers, painting a picture of the vulnerable years of post-teenage life."
- REVMiami.com
"Not ever being in Southern Florida, I can’t say for sure, but the dark, foreboding Americana coming from Farmer is both gothic and gorgeous but doesn’t conjure up images of azure ocean and palm trees."

Dude for real Gun Show is such a sick song I cant believe you're not like full time touring by now man! All the urban kids eat up folk music! haha but seriously your shit is solid!
I've been listening to your music all morning, Pat. It's really, really beautiful - and that's really cool you got to play a set with Frontier Ruckus. They're a great band and pretty awesome people too.
I really really love the mood you create with your songs. Very fun and thoughtful :) my full band/current project is @ www.myspace.com/littledesertmusic
whats up, man. just wanted to let you know that beatmaster trash, valis and myself will be throwing down some fire at shanty town tomorrow night, around 10. i'd be dope to see you at the show. (we're listed as schizophonics) -goat
well very nice job, i must say- downloaded both of the ep's and enjoying Switzerland right now. best luck on the full length, will be looking forward to hear/see it in the future
Hey if you're interested, you should play at Three Layers sometime (threelayersacoffeehouse.com). It's at Walnut St. and 6th in Springfield. I work part time there. The website looks kind of stupid, but trust me, it's a really cool place. The front is a coffee house and there's a wine and beer bar in the back with a special events room. Most of the musicians that play there are blues and folk so you'd be a good match.
Wow what a compliment! I think you just made me fall in love with you! And guess what? I think your songs are endlessly beautiful. Are you ever coming to Texas?
