Swedish artist and producer Tobias Froberg has so far relased three albums. The first, For Elisabeth Wherever She Is (2004) was nominated for album of the year at the swedish indie grammies, and contains songs like "Grace", "So I" and "Don..t..worry bout a thing".
The second album, Somewhere In The City (2006) contains songs like "God's Highway", "Love and misery – a duet with Ane Brun", "When the night turns cold" and "What a day" and is practically for sale over the whole globe. In the UK, it was released by legendary record boss Alan McGee on his label Poptones, in the US by Cheap Lullaby, in France by PIAS, in Scandinavia by Playground, in Australia by Shock, and so on. "Somewhere in the city" made UK magazine The Word write: "Im starting to think it might be one of the greatest albums ever. I am." The third album came out in 2008, "Turn Heads" and contains songs like "Just behind a brick wall", "Slipping under the radar", "Blissful" and "Tomorrow." Sonic Magazine, Sweden..s biggest music magazine gave it 9 out of 10.
Tobias produces other artists as well. For example Peter Morén..s (Peter, Bjorn and John) beautiful first solo album. Tobias has also produced a lot of great artists and groups; Theresa Andersson, Ane Brun, Allen Touissaint, Existensminimum and Lisa Ekdahl etc. Tobias runs a studio in Stockholm, Sweden.
In June, 2009, the tv series Blomstertid, starts to run on TV4 in Sweden. The unique thing about this is that they have chosen only one artists catalogue - Tobias Frobergs, and picked songs from all three albums.
