Brooklyn's TOMBS deliver a stunning tour-de-force with their Relapse Records debut Winter Hours. The trio tread a unique musical path that draws equally from several disparate music worlds. The austere and appropriately-titled album is a somber, sobering affair that brings together hypnotic psychedelic harmonies, lush and introspective sonic textures, and a relentless intensity found in the most blackened metal to stunning effect. Whether through driving melodies, explosive noise, or the most fragile of interludes, Winter Hours hits hard and resonates deeply within the listener.

corruption thats in all established companies, even ones that seem to be
half decent.

This is quite a large file (the PDF is print quality, so if you wanted to print out a copy rather than stare at a computer screen you can. The 'zine will print at 300dpi and pages are sized at A5) so it may take a few minutes to download.
We are already working on the next issue (due out in January) and are always looking for contributors. If you would like to contribute to TBB or think that there is something we should know about please get in touch with us either here or, better still, visit our forum, sign up and get involved there. TBB is not just about music, we want to hear about anything underground, alternative or left of center.
yo! It was a pleasure to see and meet you guys in Vienna. Enjoy the rest of your tour and get in touch if you're in Europe again! Maybe the next time it will be our turn to support you ;) cheers, Hannes
