    I gobbled up your new novel, which I greatly enjoyed. But how, how, how Tom could you leave New York for San Francisco? You need to be here, unless there are family reasons that keep you in SF. But it is simply too small for someone like you, who is on the cusp of becoming one of the most talented gay writers around.
