I'm a producer and have been a musician my whole life. I embrace change and differences. I'm interested in strong songwriting in any style. Rock Electronic Pop Country Punk it's all exciting to me if there's a solid song there. I've been signed as an artist to RCA Records /BMG Publishing (London) and Tommyboy Records /Warner Chappell Publishing (N.Y.C) and have toured my ass off playing bass/guitar and sometimes a bit of keys.
I've learned from some great producers Bill Price, Donal Lunny, Ron St Germain, Mark Plati, Gggarth Richardson and am surrounded by great engineers like Andre Wahl, Vic Florencia and Jeremy Darby.
I strive to make records that fill dance floors and sound great on the radio. I make records in big studio facilities, in my home studio, in barns, cottages ... whatever captures a vibe. Recently I completed building Exeter Sound (check pics). I'm busy because I love music and because I love being surrounded by sound. Please listen to the talented artists in my top friends. All these bands are relentless and deserve to be heard. !!
Strumming the light this time round Since I've been back I've borrowed 3 guitars... My friend gave me one that I have grown a strong attatchment for... getting it revamped this week...Love to you x
As you may or may not be aware SoundARC hold a charity gig every year at Club 85 in Hitchin in aid of the Garden House Hospice in Letchworth, and this year we are going to try something a little different from previous years.
This year we are going to take over the club and host 37 acts in one weekend putting full bands upstairs and acoustic acts downstairs in an event that we are calling ARCfest!
It all starts on Friday 4th December at 7pm and then continues on through Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th from 12pm-11pm
As well as raising money for the Garden House Hospice in Letchworth, ARCfest will showcase all the different genres of bands that we at SoundARC have come across over the last 4 and a half years. Over this weekend a lot of the acts that you will see don’t get a chance to play a great local venue like Club 85, So as well as hearing new music you will see all manors of genres and styles from acoustic - Metal - Indie - Rock - Punk - Electro - Ska - Funk - Hip Hop/Rap - Alternative - Rhythm & Blues - Reggae - Grunge and loads more that I cant remember!
Hey Tom, mostly I am in Philly, booking away trying to get this schedule together, As you can see it is going extremely well. I am gonna fill the schedule up until the last date in March and focus on what we talked about for April.
For those who do not know...Tom gets things done period!
Should you be blessed to work with this man as I have over the years, you will be hard pressed to find someone as passionate and dedicated to life, love and of course the SOUND as one I am proud call my BROTHER period!
Don't sleep on Tom...YOU WILL MISS OUT!
Always a PLEASURE and HONOR to work you Sir!
I am blessed to have family like you in my life...Blotts 4EVER...!!!
Many thanks for the props, bro. Right back at chew! Our JOYDROP record, "Metasexual", is in my personal top 10 list of all I have done. I still listen to it constantly. It was (and remains) a perfect example of why I got in this side of the business to begin with! It's also a perfect example of what happens when a great band gets on the totally wrong label. Amazing incompetent "twastards" (That's a cross between twats 7 bastards)! Keep up the great work & Best always!
Inside a broken clock
Splashing the wine
With the Rain Dogs
Taxi we’d rather walk
Huddle a doorway with the Rain Dogs
Oh how we danced and we swallowed the night
For it was all ripe for dreaming
Oh how we danced away
All of the lights
We’ve always been out of our minds
The whisky pours strong and thin
Beat out the dustman with the Rain Dogs
Aboard a shipwreck train
Give my umbrella to the Rain Dogs
For I am a Rain Dog Too!
