About tonchi

小さい頃からピアノを習う。

1998年からスティールパンを始め、
２ヶ月後に訳も分からず発祥国トリニダードへ。
「上手くなったらチームに入れたるわ」と言われ日本でがんばる。

2001年弾き語りDUOワカンタンカを結成し、
週３ペースで神社・ライブハウス・セッションetcの日々を続けて、

2003年再びトリニダードへ。
約１年間、インベイダーズというチームに入り活動。
エクソダスのメンバーとカリブの国々でカーニバルの演奏ツアーetcをし、

帰国後、ソロ活動・作詞作曲・セッションや
OOIOOや朝崎郁恵さんのレコーディングの手伝いや
様々な人々と地球内外をちょろちょろとしています。
