About Towhee

Towhee is a distinctive indie-pop-rock quartet from Dayton, OH. The band is made up of Brandon Clark on guitar/vocals, guitarist Vallen Pool, Sarah Cooney on bass/vocals, and drummer Josh Clark. Towhee has been performing in the local circuit since August 2005 (however, Josh and Vallen are a recent June 2007 addition) drawing crowds with a unique sound-blend of meandering melodic lines and mellow vocals. Towhee's members are also known for their enrapturingly modest charm and entertaining stage presence.

We are pleased to acknowledge and thank Brian Whitten of Self Made Studios for recording our first full-length album which is now for sale at our shows and at these other fine retailers:
