-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Toxik was formed around 1985, with the first lineup of Sanders, Christian, Erwin, and Dadabo, all of which wrote material for the 1986 "Wasteland" demo. Before the recording took place, bass player Erwin was replaced by Bonini. After three years and a lineup change, the band, comprised of Sanders, Christian, Bonini, and new drummer Leger, recorded World Circus, signed with Roadrunner Records. The band also wrote Think This released in 1989, also released on Roadrunner, this time with a replacement vocalist Charles Sabin and new guitarist John Donnelly. A promotional EP was also released under Roadrunner containing the songs "There Stood The Fence," and "Out on The Tiles," a Led Zeppelin cover. Toxik broke up in 1991,Christian,Bonini and Caldarola continued work under the project name Autumn and recorded 5 unreleased tracks but disbanded in late 92.After the negotiation to re-release both of their albums, plus bonus materials , under the Displeased record label as well as a digipak release by Metal mind, Toxik reunited in 2006 with original members Josh,Mike and Brian along with drummer Lou Caldarola due to overwhelming demand.Brian stepped out a year later and the band continues working including Josh,Mike,Lou&Tad.

Is There anywhere i can buy some Toxik T shirts or posters? Toxik has to be one of my favorite band if not my favorite band (metal). How awesome would it be to have a giant Toxik poster in my room or just walking with a toxik tshirt in front of kids with slipknot or trivium tshirts!
Josh Christians' guitars are from fuckin' HELL. God I wish I had a floyd so I can do some of the techniques he does. I love how the retardando and the crickets on World Circus are placed. True classical knowledge there. That's something I rarely ever hear in metal. The work put into World Circus and Think This is paramount to what the love of music is about. All corners of the sound in general is amazing. Much love from Tampa, Florida. \m/
