Have you ever opened more than one myspace profile at the same time, listened to the random mix of tracks, and thought 'that sounds quite good' ?
This is what led us to create the Tracknumber Project.
An online participative mix where users pick, and play sounds from various specially created TrackNumber Myspace profiles.
If you want to contribute to this project, please send a message requesting a Track Number page to the TrackNumber moderator : www.myspace/tracknumber00 and follow our guidelines.
1. Your track must be an original creation and available for download under a Creative Commons licence.
2. It is must be no shorter than 60 seconds.
3. It must be mixable with other TrackNumbers. Please leave room for other sounds to co-exist with your track. Remember this is your contribution to a larger mix.
4. You are advised to have other 'TrackNumbers' as friends. You could put your favourite track number mixes as your 'top friends', this will make it easier for newcomers to understand the project and try their own mixes.
