About me:
Ok I started my journey into fitness in 2002. I worked the 5am front desk shift at Golds gym in northern Virginia. Everyday I saw the same people walk in, but week after week and month after month they all looked the same. Something in me wanted to help these people. I took action into my own hands and became a certfied trainer. Soon thereafter I found my niche and realized that this is what I was meant to do. Clients' bodies were changing and so were their attitudes. I left golds in 2004 to attend the Florida State University. While studying exercise science, I took every opportunity that I could to learn from the best in the industry. I was able to study under the strength coaches for the FSU football team, I spent 4 months in Bradenton Florida training at the International Performance Institute, and I have even worked with the nutrition coach for the last 3 Mrs. Fitness Olympias. I am not limited to training any one type of person, as my client list includes, moms, young athletes, bodybuilding competitors, average people, as well as people with medical problems. Today i live in Los Angeles, California and i want to make it the fittest city in the nation.
