Truskool Tuedays epitomizes the essence of Boom Bap. It is a collective of DJs and hip hop heads driven by the enthusiasm of the listeners.
THE LONGEST RUNNING SHOW ON EARTHBOUND RADIO…
Truskool Tuesdays stemmed from what used to be known as Monday Night Movement (circa 2004). The name Truskool Tuesdays came from the creative mind of none other than THOROBREDREN(FKA Mattlawk).
Truskool is the foundational night/crew responsible for introducing Earthbound Radio to the majority of the DJ's who currently rock other shows for the station. With no monetary compensation, Truskool has held it down year after year, spreading ill vibes through the internet to get that head noddin’. Due to the dedication from the core group of DJs (Norm Rocwell, Thumbprint, Gaveegav and Thorobredren), the show has never strayed from its original agenda – to insure that the dope music reaches the ears of those who deem themselves hip hop heads. Although some have come and go, Truskool is still just a group of cats that are passionate about this hip hop shit. They give listeners a taste of their way of life through the music because to them, it’s their CULTURE.
