Trupei Sugarush i s-au pus bazele, in urma cu aproape doi ani,cand
dj darone (Deaconu Dan Andrei) si Ionut Murgoci(compozitori) s-au intalnit, amandoi manati de dorinta de a face ceva ce nu s-a mai facut pe la noi! Creativitatea celor doi a produs inevitabilul: productia pieselor de calitate care ar putea concura cu piesele din afara! insa era nevoie de acea voce speciala care sa dea acel ceva pieselor, o voce din targetul trupei! Cautarile au fost anevoioase,dar a meritat asteptarea! Alexandra Elena Axente este vocea trupei, a fost selectata dupa ce au fost auditate nenumarate demo-uri. Suntem convinsi ca am facut alegerea cea mai buna. Prin energia pe care o debordeaza face ca mesajul trupei sa fie autentic.

Sugarsuh was put together nearly 2 years ago when Dj Darone (Deaconu Dan Andrei) and Ionut Murgoci (the composers) met, both burning with desire to make something that hasn't been heard before in Romania. Their creativity made the inevitable: the production quality of the tracks grew to the internationat standard of dance music. But they needed a special voice just to give that special thing to the songs, a voice that is in the specific traget of the band. The search was like a rollercoaster, but in the end it was worth it. Alexandra Elena Axente is the voice of Sugarush, she was selecter after many demo's have been listened to. We're very happy with the choice we've made. The energy that she sends thru the tracks makes the band's message authentic.

Yes, we’re still alive, live and kicking, so alive that we even have a concert with Go To Berlin band this Saturday (27.09.2008) in Bucharest (Strada Academiei Nr. 19 - entry through the Victoria Passage). The price will be of 10 ron and the party will start at 22.00. We sincerely hope you’ll be there, at least out of curiosity (come on, nobody actually believes that curiosity actually killed the cat, so it’s safe).
