| General | art in any way, shape or form, rawk'n'roll, tire tracks, getting away with murder, stencils, motorcycles, potential energy, fishnet stockings, zombies, and the textures of our everyday lifescapes | | Music | yes, and all the time please...like THE POOR EXCUSES March 22nd @ truXtop! | | Heroes | those brave souls who march forward, cutting a small but ever-widening path though the mindless mob mentality that condones malicious acts and petty, vindictive behavior ....their eyes bright and focused skyward, swords raised high and glistening red-black with the blood of the zombies who indiscriminately slaughter anything that shows any hint of self thought. but no no no kiddies, these threats will not deter my heroes. not these independent soldiers...we will claw our way up and over (chipped and broken nails are the subtle indicators of hard and honest labor) the decaying masses of incubi and succubi alike, which will then be recycled compost-style to serve as the fodder for the foundation of a land where the only common thread needed is the positive creative drive inherent in all of us who will survive in this wild white-hot world of wonderment (picture strawberry-haired women riding hot pink and orange tigers, with at least two jewell-encrusted chalices per person). and when the noxious bags of maggot infested corpses (all curiously laying on their right sides) turn their decaying ocular nerves to us and raise their half rotted eyebrows as if to ask just who gave us the right to reclaim our lives as our own, we will humor the windigo, bend down to their puss-filled auditory canals and ask "it is true that you and your kind once ruled these lands... but do you have a flag?" |
