「TOYO TSUTSULI」, "kireime-visual" kei musician and artist. He comes from a beautiful island Taiwan and part of blood mixed with Holland. Because he used to participate in music activities in Japan, his Chinese name is used as artist name in Japanese pronunciation and his nickname is "Tsutsuli". Across the nationality, He uses his unique world outlook produced J-pop and English music including snazzy image art works. In 2007, he went to Tokyo alone for his career. In 2008 He was signed with an entertainment agency and got a contract in Japan. He was back to Taiwan when he finished the contract and cooperated with T.I.A. Studio to continue his activities toward the world stage following his alternative and freak soul. He speaks Chinese, Japanese, and English.
