"Their socially aware song themes and melodious rocking guitars served to set them apart from other modern rock counterparts." - Laundry Bar
"Your music is pretty good ,sounds like some great rock/alternative tunes,I would buy this music, I could see this getting airplay " - James, UBN2.com unsignedbandnetwork
"Blending alternative and modern rock influences, TwoSidesToAStory consists of three members: Eu Jin on vocals and rhythm guitar, Ben on lead guitar and William on bass. Although the band's new demo only features two songs, their talent is apparent with first track, 'Sunday', a melodius rock guitar banger that grabs your attention and second track, 'Hill of Hopes', following the same recipe to come off sounding just as good. They just leave us hoping to uncover the other side of this story" - JUICE

The Band
They say there is always two sides to a story to every thing we hear. True enough, the band
TwoSidesToAStory definitely have their say when you hear their music.
Formerly known as Toadstool, winners of Surge The Union Of Sound's Inter-College Battle of the Bands in year 2000, the band had to go their separate ways; mostly to pursue their higher education. However, the drive and passion for music never stopped them from continuing their unspoken dream.
After many years, and many drummers who came and went, TwoSidesToAStory regrouped and are ready to take on the industries challenges. The band has been actively gigging since 2005 and has played shows of various sizes; from mini acoustic shows to Rock The World 7 as well as a charity event by AWAM at Dataran Merdeka in 2007.
With Ben on guitars, William on Bass, Aie on drums and their lead man, Eu Jin on vocals, the band pushed their music one step further in 2007 by releasing their debut single 'Hill of Hopes', a rock ballad written about one's search for hope during the journey of life. The song was recorded by Ben at the band's self-essembled studio, mixed and mastered by Nick Lee @Sonique Productions (other credits: Dragon Red, Pete Teo ++). The single received coverage from print media as well as airtime on local radio stations. It managed to clinched the No.3 spot on Fly FM’s Campur Charts. A music video of the single was also shot and released online as a follow up.
Having to cope with their full time jobs, the band is persistent to finish up a mini album and releasing it in 2009; a goal set to further push their unspoken dream.
‘Goodbye Yesterday’ bears the title of the band’s debut LP, compromising of some familiar tunes from their previous live sets as well as a couple of new tunes. This LP is set to introduce a variety of rock genre the band has to offer.
