The debut from guitarist Ty Oliver, is a ten song collection of instrumental compositions, ranging from driving melodic rock, to soulful, heartfelt ballads. Inspired by Joe Satriani, Steve Vai, as well as late 80's and early 90's "pop" metal shredders, the Northern California native guitarist has created a collection of music that captures thoughts and feelings, and expresses them without words. While most guitar albums are focused on an overdose of shredding, Ty aims to deliver guitar based music that will please more than just guitar fans. "One of my intentions with this music is to make each song give the listener a particular feeling when listening, happy, sad, reflective, or possibly inspiring, I strive to make music that a person can hopefully relate to, and throw in some flashy guitar work while I'm at it".
