Currently gigging in UK and USA with singer Barb Jungr promoting the soon to be released CD 'The Men I Love'. Gigging around London and the SE with singer Sarah Moule doing songs written with lyricist and beat generation survivor Fran Landesman. Fran and I have been writing songs together since the mid 1990s and they are beginning to appear in the repertoires of jazz singers on both sides of the Atlantic. Look out for 'Scars' and 'Just Having Fun' on Ian Shaw's brilliant new CD 'Somewhere Towards Love'.
We are finally ready to start promoting my 'I Surrender' single with my album, 'Ella Trip' coming right after -yey!! What d'ya think to the video teaser?

It would be good to work on more of your songs soon (more country styles!) as I'm going to Nashville this September to record with Tim O'Connell, one of Johnny Cash's songwriters.

“…an album fizzing with fresh ideas and delights, an exhilarating musical journey .. with brilliantly original writing and inspired playing…” -- Helen Mayhew
"Every track from the rhythmic ‘NY Cab Ride’ and restless ‘4 Wheel Drive’ to the brooding ‘Mae’s Song’ has a terrific hook but it’s the way Mason switches tempo and moods that makes ALH great fun. " -- Diva Magazine
