Melissa! You're amazing!! I received the gift today, you're far too kind! I'm definitely going to be framing this :D I've been listening to the CD on repeat all day.
I'm actually planning on using the song "The Smallest Pearl" in a film project I'm shooting next semester (cant wait for it!)
Thank your, thank you, THANK YOU!! Your voice sounds beautiful and Kassons music astounds me! <3!
AMAZING!! I've listened and saved your show on KDVS 90.3, I squealed like a girl when I heard you playing Over The Wall <3 Hopefully I'll get the opportunity to see you in concert sometime the future! :D
Great job Melissa :) You've got such a sweet talking voice to go along with your wonderful singing, hehe!
Ahhh! I wrote a big message and don't think it sent properly :( I'll try and remember all that I wrote :P
Sounds like you're very busy! Glad to hear such news!! I'll be excited to hear the new clips and songs in the future :D I'm going back to college this september :) I was in for graphic design but, found that film is my true passion so I've switched programs/schools. I specifically would love to make music videos for a career! Maybe one for you one day ;) hehe!
Happy to hear you're not creeped out by the tattoo!! I put it on my left shoulder because when people lie they look to the left. So now every time I'm about to lie It'll be there to remind me not to :) So here, I've posted a picture of my tattoo :) Hope you like it :D Thanks again Melissa!
Hey Melissa! Hope you don't find this at all creepy but, I've tattooed some of your lyrics on my shoulder just 3 days back. The lyrics are from your older music with Splashdown from the song Over the Wall.
I got "What a Fantastic Lie" on my left shoulder - on the left because that's the direction people look when they lie :P The song has meant a lot to me for a really long time, it's lyrics basically summarize my whole high school career and what I was going through.
So.. I thought i'd keep it there as a reminder to not revert back to who I was; untruthful and rather secretive.
Thanks for inspiring me all these years, can't wait to see what's next! And I hope again that it doesn't creep you out! :P
I still can't go a day without listening to your voice at least once! I'd have Melissa-withdrawals and keel over :P Hope all is going better than well!
Hey just wanted to say that your music is awesome! I can't believe that you are just a one person band. You are very talented! I'm just about to buy ur album off of iTunes. Cyaz!
just bought Mercury yesterday... I love the arrangements, the production, the constant tension and unexpected melodies (I guess I need to listen to more Bulgarian music. any suggestions??) and of course your voice. holy crap! Kudos. MAKE MORE MUSIC!
