Chris Moxey, Jon Todd, Nathan Boyton and a number of lovely people who helped us on our most recent adventure in the world of music, including Mr Rawle, Mr Wezzo, Mr Adam, Mr EZPZ, Mr Scratch, Mr RICH T, Mr Startslow.
I have been making music with Toddy for about 12 years. We started off D.Jing and collecting records, through this grew our love for Hip Hop. Gradually we started emulating what we heard and began writing our own lyrics then saying them over instrumental records. Soon I got into producing and, with a sampler we started writing our own tracks, thus UNKNOWN was formed................................................................................................
In 2000 we had enough material to release our first project UNKNOWN “From The Bedroom” (available from us), along with artist and fellow bandit RICH T we produced an album representing us so far. It was early days and listening back to it now makes me smile.....................................................................
Through advances in technology and bit of concentration on the accent we matured in sound and began putting down ideas for our second album. In 2006 we released our second album “Rhythm and poetry” (also available from us), with the help of local producers Weztax, EZPZ, Jonny Scratch and me. All wrapped up in some more elegant artwork from RICH T, (You can check more of his work by finding him in our friends). We distributed this in shops around Devon and we’ve revceived some good independent reviews for this work, which makes it all worthwhile. I want to say a major thank you to anyone reading this who helped in the making of these two albums.................................................
3 years ago Toddy and me helped to form “The Breaks”, a collective a local museos performing live freestyle jams. Through the success of this band we have gained massive experience playing live and have performed alongside some of our heroes such as The Pharcyde and The Scratch perverts.............................................................
Which just about brings me up to the present. Recently we have been putting down tracks with other producers such as SUPER PREACHERS. We go under the name of STICKLEPATH BANDITS when we do work with other people and keep the name UNKNOWN for our projects.
We are looking to work with more musicians and producers, so if you’ve got an instrumental you need some lyrics on then please contact us.
Which leaves the future. Toddy and me are putting ideas together for a third UNKNOWN album and are both pretty hyped about it. We’re releasing a BREAKS album this summer, most of all we hope to keep performing live together. Contact us if you would like any of our work. Distribution proves to be our biggest setback...............................................

this is some really good stuff im hearin.....its funny you would expect only to hear amateur stuff on myspace but these tracks are far beyond amateur......great shit im impressed!
