About Up Front

Most hardcore bands barely last a few years, and have a revolving door of band members. Up Front has managed to last almost twenty years (part-time for the last 12 years), and with the exception of a few changes early on, the lineup has remained intact.

In the meantime, they've logged an impressive list of shows, from Crippled Youth's first show as Bold at The Anthrax in 1987 and Youth of Today's last show in 1989, to shows with bands like In My Eyes and Hands Tied in the 90's. In the Summer/Fall of 2005 Up Front played their first shows since 1999, drawing their set list from early releases like the X Marks The Spot compilation and the Spirit LP through their last 7" released in 1999.
