VERGE ON REASON has been founded at about 1998. Our line-up casually changed in the past. Contemporary it consists of Stephan (guitar/vocals), Ingo (drums) and Fischen (vocals). Rafa - our Bassplayer for long years - leaved the Band because he started a new job in South-America. For that reason we are searching for a new Bassplayer. If you have interest, please mail to us. We attempt to combine Grind, Crust & Hardcore. In our self-conception VERGE ON REASON is a political band. The most of us are involved in different political groups or being inspired by different crucial theories about the society. Although the most of our songs send a political message, we don’t want to show with the forefinger on those problems that we accuse. It’s more important for us that you start to think by yourself, if you didn’t it as yet. Self reflection is a weighty part in the development-process of mankind; it’s also the anticipation of any progress. Don’t forget: Alterations begin with you! All members of VERGE ON REASON refuse Racism, Anti-Semitism, Sexism, Homophobia, as soon as predominance of religious and political settings.
