Vigilante is one of the most successful bands in the electro-industrial scene
coming from SouthAmerica.
Their mix of electro and metal has well known how to conquest either chilean
stages, europeans and the world.
With 3 albums edited: The Heroes Code (2005), Juicio Final (2006) and War of
Ideas (2007), in Germany, Russia, Argentina and distributed in the whole world
phisicly (Amazon,Audioglobe, etc...) and digitaly (Napster, Itunes, etc...),
had triumph in the foreign market and specially in the European.
Their professionalism and dedication has locate them among the most important
stages in Chile (La Batuta, Blondie, Club Miel, Teatro Monumental) and in
Europe, where they have shown their unique style in countries such as Germany,
Holland, Denmark, Italy, Norway and Spain in their 2006 tour and in the recent
concluded 2007 tour along with the important band Agonoize.
Vigilante has played and contributed with the most important bands in the
electro industrial scene such as Nine Inch Nails, Die Krupps, Hocico, Agonoize, Funker Vogt, VNV
Nation, Tyske Ludder, and many others.
Also has been the only Chilean band to participate in one of the biggest
worldwide alternative festivals in Germany, known as Wave Gothic Treffen 2006.
Not long ago vigilante has been edited for the first time in Chile, in a
"greatest hits" compilation album, gathering songs from their albums edited in
Europe, called "Resistir", by the important Record Feria Music (Los tres, Jorge
González, Los Bunkers, etc...) which is a remarkable success for the band,
achieving that all Chilean audience at last can have an easy access to their
music across the country, through music locals "Feria del Disco" and other stores.
Now days the band is promoting their last productions and preparing what
would be their first DVD.
