BIO:
Violent Thought is a belgian hardcore band from Charleroi (aka Black Land) that began as a jamming metal band in 2003. At the beginning, when it was just a project for having fun, the line-up was Katch (drums), Ju (guitar & vocals) & Mat (bass). At these days, we never had played an instrument before.. so it had been even more difficult for us to find the sound we wanted to play. 4 years later (yeah it's long), after many line-up changes (Ju left guitar for vocals, Auré was taken as guitar player, Pierre was taken as 2nd vocalist, Mat left the band and was replaced by Majois), the band was finally complete! We could start to work on a true set and to show our shit on stage ! Mixing all our influences, we played a style of brutal hardcore, mixing fast old & new school parts, 2-step & beatdown shits,...
We recorded our first & only demo (6-tracks) at Jack Studio on june 2008! It is called "First Strike" & IS AVAILABLE IN FREE DOWNLOAD... Unfortunately, in march 2009, the band decided to split for many reasons (other projects, no more rehearsals,...).
