Heavily influenced by his idol Jay-Z,
among other Hip-Hop greats, Vi$A*∏ is still relatively new 2 the rap game. Recording since early 2007, & experiencing first-hand the ups & downs of being part of a collaborative rap group, he is now emerging as a self-made, solo Hip-Hop artist. Music is his passion, & that's as real as it gets. There's no "rags-2-riches" story, or some fake facade about growing up in the hood like most of these new rappers claim. Vi$A*∏ was born & raised for most of his life in Quincy, MA -- a large suburb right outside of Boston -- but still gets respect from the streets because of his realness. Right now the 22 year old, Greek-American, is currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Suffolk University in Boston, MA. Vi$A*∏'s popularity is quickly growing & his music is catching the ears of many because of his style & laid-back swagger, which are considered 2 be unique & creative, not copying many of the trends of today, but not straying 2 far from the mainstream either. His first official project, entitled "JAYZSWAG EP" has just wrapped up, & should be released in the near future, both through street mixtapes & online services such as DATPIFF.COM, SOUNDCLICK & iTunes, so keep checking for his music. Vi$A*∏ is defly on his grind, already half-way into his next project, & working with various artists, including his own MZ.BORIQUA.
