VA are a Thrash Metal Band from Lisnaskea in Co. Fermanagh, N.Ireland formed in 2006. We have played with bands such as Putrefy, Gama Bomb, Overoth, Nuclear Reign and more, at venues spanning all over Ireland. Bands influencing us such as Sepultura, Municipal Waste, Gama Bomb, Slayer - the list goes on. VA have recently released a new EP entitled "V For Visceral" which you can purchase at their gigs or just ask!
If you want us to play a gig, comment/message us, we are very enthusiastic about playing new places.

.. Metal/Thrash Metal/Rock: Neil Turbin is the first powerhouse vocalist of Thrash Metal and original lead singer of Anthrax and the first vocalist on their debut album "Fistful of Metal". Turbin penned such songs as "Metal Thrashing Mad", "Armed and Dangerous", "Deathrider" and "Gung Ho" which were on Anthrax's first 3 releases and many subsequent live and greatest hits albums. Anthrax rose to #8 on the British charts with the release of "Fistful Of Metal" and The band "DEATHRIDERS" is named after one of Turbin's songs and was formed in 2003 to support Turbin's solo album "Threatcon Delta". DEATHRIDERS have been touring in Japan and the US in 2008 in support of their debut album "Back With A Vengeance" which should be released in late 2008/2009.
