VonAmp has been performing professionally for 3 years and we write our own songs. RAGE 103.7 was the first radio station to add VonAmp's songs to their line-up. In 2010, we changed our band name, so our Friend's List will have to be rebuilt on this page. Wow, that's gonna be fun! Please "Friend Us" and make our day!

RECENT NEWS
We performed at the world famous Webster Hall in New York City (October 9th, 2010). Barry Salottolo, founder of the Youth Arts Forum of New York City has been a huge supporter of our band. In June of 2010, the Youth Arts Forum named VonAmp "Artist of the Month." Many thanks to Mr. Salottolo for accepting us into the forum and for inviting us to perform in NYC.

ANNOUNCEMENT
Just last week, we found out that we will be returning to New York City this Spring to do some more shows. Details will soon follow. We're looking at March or April of 2011, so it's gonna be a lot of fun. On 1/8/11, listen up for VonAmp on 95.5FM - THE BONE (RIVER RADIO GROUP - SOUTHEAST MISSOURI)...we'll take part in an interview with Chris Berger and we will be performing "live" on air! If you're in Southeast Missouri, please tune into 95.5FM at 6:00 p.m. on January 8th!!!

OUR CONCERTS
In 2009, VonAmp rocked the Show Me Center (Cape Girardeau, Missouri), opening for Ludo (signed by Island Records with appearances on MTV, MTV Cribs, the Tonight Show, and Jimmy Kimmel Live.) Since its inception in the 1980’s, the Show Me Center had only allowed 2 unsigned acts to take their stage (so VonAmp was ecstatic to hear that we would be performing at the 7,000 seat arena.) Special thanks to David Ross, Jim Barbatti, Shannon, and the whole Show Me Center team.

We met up with a couple of cool street racers and stunt drivers outside of St. Louis, MO and wanted to include them in the VonAmp music video "The Race." This is not the Pro Audio version (and we believe they're sending us the higher resolution film and audio soon), but this is a camcorder version of our performance.

8/21/2010 BENEFIT FOR THE PERRY BEIER FAMILY - PERRYVILLE
Perry Beier lost his battle to pancreatic cancer, so we wanted to help out the family by performing at this benefit. Thank you to all of the Perryville residents who came out to the show. Performers at this concert included "VonAmp", "Left on Sprigg," "Isabella" and "Plekthurum"...
