Alternative Metalcore band Vows Within is a band which all 4 of the instrumentalists, Mike Benia (Guitar), Jamie Desrochers (Guitar, Vocals), Mike Porter (Drums) and Justin Ferguson (Bass) had been playing in another local band at the time and found themselves without a singer. That is almost immediately when they found vocalist Justin Lacroix who was playing for another band that was breaking up. Justin proved to be the vocalist that was needed to take the band to the next level. Since then Vows Within has launched their myspace page with their first single "Remove The Stigma" off of an upcoming EP entitled "Waiting To Burn". The band has also had the great honour to share the stage with such bands as, Cancer Bats, A Life Once Lost, Black Lungs, The Holly Springs Disaster, Means, Johnny Truant and The Tony Danza Tapdance Extravaganza. While still working on self producing their first album they are also looking to book any show they can get in the process.
