After having toured with bands like Negura Bunget, Eluveitie, Balrog, Destinity or Drowning, WARGASM stands out as the response to the French epic scene.
In June, WARGASM qualifies to represent France during the German festival Wacken Open Air.

- 2006 -
In February, the band emerges out of obscurity with a new line-up: Mihail on drums, Gerald on vocals, Ireel on guitars and Humphrey on bass. In April, the new line-up’s first concert with Kampfar proves to the public that the WARGASM style is far from being over.
- 2005 -
In January 2005, the auto-produced first album “Manhunt” is unveiled and unanimously greeted by the critics for its epic and warlike melodies-
In the end of June, the relationship between the members deteriorates and forces the band to split up. But still, SimonDusK decides to keep Wargasm alive and starts searching for new musicians…
- 2004 -
WARGASM plays live with various bands such as Olc Sinnsir, Maleficientia, Pitbulls in the Nursery, Genital Grinder, Mortuary, Psoriasis, or Inhatred.
- 2003 -
WARGASM is founded in August 2003 by SimonDusK.
Soon, Arnaud joins him on drums. The band takes shape in September 2003 when Etienne (guitars) and Cédric (bass) rally to the project. The line-up is completed when Mathieu joins on vocals in December 2003.
WARGASM’s music could be defined as having a black/death basis coupled with guitar riffs that alternate between melodies and epic rhythms. Hence the “Epic Metal” style which was ascribed to the band.
