Who I'd like to meet: Experienced Customer Service Representatives who have worked in Call Centers. If you are not into the pressures of sales, cross-selling and upselling then I might just have the opportunity you have been looking for!
If you have never worked in a Call Center as a Customer Service Representative but have great computer navigational skills, type at least 35wpm, can type while someone is talking to you (and keep up with what they are saying!), have patience, genuinely enjoy helping people, like working in a team atmosphere and have a positive attitude, you would probably make a fantastic addition to one of our Customer Care teams! We will train you to do the job!
