Once it touches your ears...it's so good.
WeakSauce was formed in the winter of 2003. Eric Douthirt (Guitars) formerly of Dysfunktion and Justin Vilardi (Bass/Vocals) and Paul Liparoto(Drums) formerly from Muy Gordo, got together and jammed a few songs. The flow was good and chemistry was undeniable, in fact it was mantastic. Brad Gilmore(Trumpet) and his brassy ass....well..... trumpet decided to be cool and join up shortly after. He blows, literally. The foursome jammed for 6 months and wrote 7 original songs that they were itching to take to the streets. So began the constant gigging for the next year and a half, gaining new fans with their versatile style and wildly energetic live show. They released their self-produced, 4 song EP "Leprechaun" that included such hits as "Epiphany" and "Change". It sold like hot cakes locally and has for the last year. They are currently working on their 11 Track, Full Length Album scheduled to be released in '06. In the meantime they're earning street cred with the Local Venues and other local bands as a music act that will stop at nothing to leave their personal mark and make a difference in their scene. With an incredible amount of talent and an unrelenting amount of drive, they've landed several National gigs playing with bands like Pepper, Lola Ray, Bargain Music, Long Beach Short Bus, Authority Zero and Bad Fish, and also devistated a local 2-day "Battle of the Bands" in which they won the opportunity to play at the 2005 Vans Warped Tour at Vinoy Park in St. Petersburg, Florida. Their future plans? To continue their musical-raid on all surrounding Florida cities then proceeding onto surrounding states until the entire country and world knows the name and music of WeakSauce.

The term "WeakSauce" is commonly used in SO-CAL, where almost all slang used today originates, used as an adjective making the english language more fun and interesting than it already is. A special thanks to Colin Hayden for creating "WeakSauce" as well as "eeee", "eeee-poo" and "eeee-oh" Where would the world be without your awesome influence?
"WeakSauce" can be used to describe something awesome or to describe something not as awesome.

or like when you're surfing and you trying to catch that "epic" wave, you know the one that you've been waiting your entire surfing career for, and you're paddling out and you see it and it's coming and you're waiting for it and trying to time it like you always do and it's coming and it hit's and jacks up like 14 feet and your feeling it and you think you're doing good and you're paddling and you're doing it and then you pop up on your board and you think you got it but then you totally bail and biff it hardcore and get smashed and tossed like salad with cucumber....and you're like "Why God"?
