Welcome, we are When Autumn Falls, a five piece alternative rock band from Birmingham [UK]. We take influences from bands such as Thrice, Alexisonfire, Scary Kids Scaring Kids and Taking Back Sunday to name just a few. Live We blend a sound of raw energy and power with a presence to match. If your interested in booking us for an event please contact us at band@whenautumnfalls.co.uk.
The band started back in early 2004 after various name changes, band lineups and styles we each grew into our own and fell upon what is now When Autumn Falls. Due to commitments in the last couple of months we have lost both Ryan and Rob. After losing two great friends from the band it was a difficult choice of whether to carry on but we have strived through and have fixed the lineup with the introduction of Nick Schulz on drums, Ash Worthington on guitar and Matt Gregory on bass. We intend to carry on from where we left off and further push the bands experiences and many happy times. Hope to see you at the shows as it really the fans that make it all worth while!
Reviews:
"These boys love being on stage. Their performance reflected their vast live experience, and their audience participation had their adoring fans eating out the palm of their hands, more successfully than any other unsigned band I've seen. Both musically and visually When Autumn Falls are energetic and addictive. The breathtaking track Ananke signalled the end of an eminence set." Ryans Gig Guide Nov 2008.

An unconventional occurrence has surprisingly come to the fore. I have once again logged into the belated myspace and glanced once more at the WAF page.
But to the point of this message, I am disheartened. It was down in my calender with great delight to witness a spot of WAF from an audience perspective this summer.
However chaps, Mr Stowe graduates as an Officer on Thursday and subsequently I have been posted to Episkopi in Exotic Cyprus until the end of August.
So much to my sadness I shall not get to experience the WAF bunch this summer.
