"With songwriting skills to match her amazing voice, Charlie is one of the best new talents to emerge onto the Swindon music scene in 2005." - Daniel BBC radio Wiltshire/Swindon ('Underground' Series)
"With her tastes varying from Dallas Green and The Early November to Carole King and James Taylor, singer/songwriter Charlie Bath's emotive mix of piano and acoustic music has been taking the net by storm, seeing hundreds of downloads from her myspace page in just a few months. And at the tender age of 21, Charlie's paving the way for young female musicians in Swindon." - Shaun Buswell, 4th Street Music / Buswell
"Charlie Bath charmed the audience with her gorgeous and romantic songs and an outstanding voice, this time accompanying herself on guitar and piano but to be found later the next day at the 12 Bar as a three piece band that impressed me even more." - Swindon Shuffle review by Dave Franklin

..::♥ BIO ♥::..
Im a 22yr old singer songwriter originally from the south west and now studying in my 3rd year of a Bachelors degree in Music Production at Leeds College of Music. I have been writing and performing my own music for over 6 years and have gigged in well established venues in Leeds, Liverpool, Manchester, Cardiff and Swindon; both as a solo act and with my supporting band;
Leks Wood - Drums ( Devil Sold His Soul)
Dave Durban - Guitar ( Guitarist Magazine)
Matt Kilford - Bass/ acoustic guitar (www.myspace.com/matthewkilford)
2009 should see the release of my self produced album 'In Between Happy and Me'. I am currently looking for a record label to support this release both in the UK and US.
I love to sing lots of different genres of music including soul, jazz, rock and country and i think this is reflected in my music. However, the music i listen to spans all genres including punk rock and metal.
My song writing is very personal to me and every song i write has some connection to a personal experience or belief. In many ways writing a song to me is my therapy, it is a person that just sits there and listens with no judgement or opinion.
I have learnt over the past 6 or so years that my music is truly me. I do not strive to be anything other than myself and produce music that is anything other than what comes naturally. However, I am
constantly trying to improve and develop a natural ability that i believe i am so lucky to have.
the day i believe i cannot improve anymore, is the day i give it all up....
