an electro-acoustic duo. Members are Stephen Fiehn (Cupola Bobber, Fessenden) and Steven Hess (Pan American, On, Haptic, Fessenden). As WORK, they are interested in creating slow moving sound-work(s) that look to anonymous space and visual repetition for inspiration and focus in on the individual smallness of specific sounds that can be created with traditional/non-traditional instruments (percussion/guitar/oscillator/tape recorders/misc. electronics).
The duo is also interested in the question: How much/how little? Their first release simply titled "WORK" is available as an mp3/download through the con-v label.- - - - - -
