關於 Wraith Manger

Bio: Wraith Manger is a Chattanooga, Tn area based group that has found focus writing and performing original instrumental musical pieces in the style of cinematic post-rock for film and television. The artists involved have performed on major stages and have handled booking and promotions for many popular artists who have toured in the area. The Wraith Manger fan base has continued to grow with every live performance. We are currently in the studio recording. --- Background: Started under the moniker of Day Star in August of 2007, the original line up of guitar and drums established two strong songs with titles such as Clock of the Time Dragon Pt.2 and Eucalyptus and Vultures which would total in 30 minutes of original compositions. It was decided to expand and seek other personnel with like minds to capture the true identity of what was to become the sound of Wraith Manger. By October of 2007 machines and synth were added to the core group of instrumentalists, along with a name change, and new songs were put in motion immediately with the creation of Whatever Echoes Back Will Be My Own Despair, Hearts on Fire and Grey Wind and Pestilence. Within only a few months time Wraith Manger would perform their first public performance to a surprisingly warm welcome in the Chattanooga, Tn area. Currently I am on a Cassette kick, and everything that I am self releasing, or releasing on the label I own and operate (Kapustin Yar Records) is now on Tape. Prices will remain as low as possible on said products, because Tapes are for die hard collectors or Cassette enthusiasts only these days. The majority of albums I release on other labels, which is a larger and larger number month by month, are still being released on CD. That being said, I have recently recorded for The Persona Series (albums for individuals, named after their purchaser, with the owner retaining all rights and receiving 2 mini posters for $10 postage paid), which has been very successful. I have recorded a 90 minute Cassette, High Above The Horizon, which is available for $4 postage paid, and The Blood Album Part 2 for $4 postage paid. Damn Your Eyes	2009/7/24 01:53 Yeah we can probably meet up at the Mono show. The last time I heard them I was heading back from a bike ride and we took a nap in a huge poppy field outside of DC. (how appropriate) If you're into horror movies at all you should head this way for the Atlanta Horror Fest. Last years really sucked big time but I think they learned from their mistakes, zombie walk should be fun at least. Do you have any shows coming up? Gavin and I are looking forward to driving to Chattanooga now that we have a reliable car.

Zebulon Kosted	2009/7/3 09:07 I am now recording for a new set of releases called the "Persona Series". These cassettes will be commissioned works (not by content, but by payment) for individuals. If John Smith in London, England wants his own Zebulon Kosted album, I will make a 45 minute album (one side of a 90 minute tape), 2 hand drawn mini posters, I will name the album after him (Zebulon Kosted - John Smith), and the fan will retain all rights to the recording (for use of any future release, sampling, or broadcasting rights). One copy of the album will remain in my personal collection, and one will be sent to the customer, so that the only copy that will be in circulation will be John Smiths copy! Each album is available for the ridiculously low price of $10 (not including shipping), and will be shipped in its completed form no later than 6 weeks from the date of purchase!!!
