FLIP OF THE WEEK 3
FLIP OF THE WEEK 2
FLIP OF THE WEEK 1
Neil Peart who? Dude, I just finished wathcing Flip Of The Week #3... Excellent stuff once again. It's another very useful video in my opinion. It's good to see you describe the rhythms (1 e + a 2...), where as most rock drummers in this world are clueless. Anyone who doesn't know how to count definately won't play well. Once again, you're one of the best, and this new video proves it. Take care and Keep On Rockin' dude!
Dude, thanks for the reply. I've slowly been watching the videos on your page, and man, I wish I discovered who you were when I picked up drum-sticks. Those flip of the week videos have got to be some of the most useful and educational vids I've ever seen on drumming. Charlie Watts, Max Weinberg, and Ringo Starr are my top three, but dude, you're definately on my list now when it comes to influences. I'm definatley surprised that I haven't heard of you before and I'm surprised that you're not widely recognized like those three. Maybe you are, but I never knew who you were until I saw Davy perform this year. I play traditional on a 4-piece which has caused me to be limited, but as I watch your vids, I'm slowly working on an expanded style. And dude, you kick my old highschool Drumline instructor's as* when it comes to knowledge and teaching from what I see on the vids. Thanks again for the add. Take care, best wishes, and keep on rockin' dude!
*I was curious because I saw the pic, and because of your last name, are you related to Bon Jovi's drummer?
Thanks for the add dude as it is very much appreciated. Just a drummer (& guitar strummer) myself. Little did I know that when I stumbled upon Davy's Epcot shows this year that he had an awesome drummer. I'd go as far as saying that you're right up thier with the greats man. Thanks again. Take care, best wishes, and keep on rockin' dude.
*Be sure to check out my photo galley dude, as you will find excellent pics that I took while in the audience at Davy's 4th day @ Epcot this year.
Hee Hee! Well, I..m now a greeter for all the brazilian tour groups that are coming to Disney, it..s fun =) And before I go back to Brazil, when my program ends here, i..ll stay 2 weeks in NY for my niece baptized in october =)And what..s new with you?
Thank you for the add! My friends who went to epcot from japan told me how kool your parformance was! By the way, you looks familiar to me, and I realized that you looks kind of japanese lol. Have a good weekend!
Happy 4th! I hope Las Vegas is bad ass. Two month countdown! Can it be possible that we will see each other 3 times in a year that are the same 3 times in the last 6 years? Insanity. I love you.
