Born in Tallahassee, Florida, Xandy Barry has spent much of his life in other cities and countries including New York, Amsterdam, Berlin, Ireland and Italy, where he worked as a freelance writer, model, bartender. After the breakup of his New York band, Kilowatt, Xandy decided to pursue a career as a solo artist. His talents as a programmer, guitar player, pianist and singer lend themselves to his truly unique sound and caught the attention of KGB-LA records which released "All The Money In The World" in 2005. Subsequently he has been writing and producing for a variety of other artists.

Xandy currently spends most of his time writing and producing with Wally Gagel. Their production company WAX LTD has written, produced and mixed a variety of artists recently including New Order, Nich Lachey, Backstreet Boys, Jessica Simpson, Miley Cyrus, Open Air Stereo, Rihanna, Tamar, Axiz, Miranda Cosgrove, Devon Werkheiser, The Billionaires, Eve, Glam, etc.
