GOVERNMENT ALPHA is Yasutoshi Yoshida's "Experimental Harsh Noise" project since 1994 and his first appearance is on the "Extreme Music From Japan" compilation CD (1995) on Susan Lawly, the U.K. Also, he starts his own label "XERXES" to release his own works as well as other artists from overseas. Yasutoshi Yoshida is playing also in other bands/projects such as S.ISABELLA (experimental/collage noise) and BAROM ONE (Digital punk).
