Comenzó su carrera a los 13 años y allí fué bajista de formaciones como: Alto Voltaje, Alakrán, Monica Posse, Rata Blanca y Pappo..s .
Paralelamente, Yulie comienza a hacer realidad su sueño, el de formar un banda de música Country. Tiene mas de 100 composiciones de su autoría, entre ellas el tema JUNTOS A LA PAR (elegido como corte de difusión del último trabajo de Pappo)
Desde los 80.. fue escribiendo canciones que poco a poco han cobrado vida a través de sus 3 álbumes producidos por Nelson Pombal:
El country vino para quedarse (2005)
Yodels (2006)
Renegado (2008).
Ya encarrilado en su proyecto personal, realiza junto a su banda LAS RUEDAS DEL SUR, ésta música que siempre le dictó el corazón.
Tonadas de Vaqueros con historias de Bernal, es el eslogan que lo seguirá en éste largo camino.
Yulie Ruth es reconocido por la prensa especializada en el estilo, como el máximo referente de la música country en español.
Es el artista principal del San Pedro Country Music Festival, que se realiza anualmente en dicha localidad.
EL COUNTRY VINO PARA QUEDARSE, fue elegido entre otros, para formar parte de la banda sonora en la película española DE BARCELONA A CATOIRA.
Hoy en día, junto a sus talentosos músicos sigue perfeccionándose en el western swing, con instrumentos típicos del estilo.
A partir del 2008 forma parte del staff de artistas de la compañía UNIVERSAL.
Yulie no sólo es el artista local de mayor convocatoria sino que también ha debutado como productor del primer álbum de música country femenino en Argentina titulado "PUEBLO ATRÁS" de la cantante y compositora VANE RUTH.

Already headed in his personal project, he performs together with his band LAS RUEDAS DEL SUR, this music that heart ever dictated to him.
Cowboys tunes with Bernal stories, is the slogan which will follow him in this long road.
Yulie Ruth is critically acclaimed by specialized press as the higher figure of country music in Spanish.
He is the main artist in the San Pedro Country Music Festival, which is done annually in the mentioned town.
EL COUNTRY VINO PARA QUEDARSE, was chosen among others, to be part of the movie soundtrack in the Spanish film DE BARCELONA A CATOIRA.
Nowadays, together with his gifted musicians, he goes along improving in western swing, with typical instruments for this style.
Since 2008 he takes part of the UNIVERSAL’s artists staff.
Yulie is not only the local artist with higher audience, but he has made his debut as record producer of the first female country music album in Argentina called PUEBLO ATRÁS of the singer and composer VANE RUTH.
