At age 16, through the guidance of a local music producer, Zack set out to pursue a solo career. In the summer of 2004, he opened for Grammy award-winning acts John Mayer and Maroon 5, and toured with them for four shows on Mayer's Heavier Things tour. In 2005, Zack performed for the Christmas Show at the Family Arena, opening for Grammy-nominated artist Sugarland. Zack has toured lightly throughout most parts of the United States.
In Spring 2006, just short of his high school graduation, Zack reunited with the local music producer, signed a letter of intent and headed to Nashville to record his first album with Producer David LaBruyere, of John Mayer, Onree Gill, music director of Alicia Keys, JJ Jarrod Johnson drummer of Sugarland, Lenny Kravitz and John Mayer, Paul (Phinky) John, drummer and percussionist of Alicia Keys and a great cast of other local Nashville musicians, including string players, and horn players.
Zack released his first CD, 'Daydreams and Day Jobs' on May 29th, 2007. The single, 'In Your Head' has already been serviced to radio.
“It's always good to be turned on to new music as I just was to Zack Weber. With refreshingly different songs and a great vocal performance he has a lot to offer. I look forward to watching this new young artist’s career grow.”
-- CLIFF WILLIAMS, AC/DC Bassist
"I typically only listen to music that rips your face off, but every so often I am in the mood to listen to something mellow. Zack Weber is perfect for those moments."
-- BLASKO, Ozzy Osbourne Bassist & Co-owner Mercenary Management, Inc.
“I have been touring the world for the past 25 years and have worked with hundreds of different bands in every genre of music that you could imagine. Zack Weber is innovative, young and fresh and I believe his career is about to soar to amazing heights.”
-- DALE ‘OPIE’ SKJERSETH, Rolling Stones Production Manager and winner of the “2005 Production Manager of the Year” award
“Over the years I have listened to and loved all kinds of music. There are some artists and some tunes, however, that lodge somewhere in my soul and will be listened to over and over again forever. Zack Weber and his music fall into this category. I first listened to his songs because I had met him and found him to be a personable young man. I continue to listen because he is a true musician and I love his work. He is surely a star in the making.”
--MARY BALOGH, The New York Times Best Selling Romance Novelist
