150 Simple truths about me.
1. I am 31 years old.
2. I was born to a long line of great examples of marriage...for at least three generations back, on both my parents sides, there is no divorce!
3. I know it has blessed me immensely in my own marriage!
4. My parents are pretty great.
5. I was blessed to live in the same house from the age of 5 to 22 years old in the best neighborhood.
6. I have an older brother, an older sister, and a younger brother.
7. I probably have more conflict with each of my siblings(they've always said I was the trouble maker) but I also have a better relationship with each of them then they do with each other.
8. I love them all more than they know.
9. It's fun to sit around now and talk about our childhood.
10. It's funny how we remember different things. It seems we remember the things that had an impact on us personally.(like when my brother picked me up and through me across the kitchen. i remember that because it affected me deeply at the time. i don't blame him for forgetting because i'm sure he felt bad about it.)
11. That leads to some denial from others that certain things ever happened.
12. I've lived in the same city my entire life. All of my siblings and their families still live here too!
13. I believe this city is one of the best kept secrets!
14. Each of my siblings is married.
15. That means have I two more sisters and a brother.
16. All three of them have parents that have remained happily married.
17. I have 4 nieces and 3 nephews whom I love to pieces.
18. I love to be crafty and creative.
19. I like to make jewelry.
20. I like to paint ceramics.
21. I like to sew.
22. I like to knit.
23. I like crochet.
24. I love music.
25. I love television, especially reality.
26. I love to read.
27. My favorite reading spot is in a hot bath.
28. I love to be alone.
29. I cherish my friendships.
30. My husband and I are both friends with our exes as well as each others. They were friends before lovers and shall always remain so.
31. My most long time friend is from first grade.
32. I have never worked in fast food but I have worked for a catering company driving a roach coach.
33. I was a Special Olympics coach.
34. I'd like to get back into it someday.
35. When I was 11 I bit a babies finger because I wanted to know what that would feel like to my teeth.
36. I'm not sure what came over me and at the time I didn't stop to think about consequence.
37. I was, and still am, impulsive.
38. The baby shrieked!
39. I have never told anyone about that and have never bitten anyone again.
40. I have had one mai-tai in my life time and don't ever plan to have another.
41. It has nothing to do with alcohol.
42. Only two people in this world know what that means. It shall remain that way.
43. I am very independent.
44. I bought my first car at 19.
45. I moved out of my parents house at 19.
46. I lived with my sister and two other gals.
47. Everyone was shocked because we never got along well.
48. After high school it was very different. We haven't fought since.
49. I tried to fit in to her crowd.
It didn't really work. We were always very different, she and I.
50. We learned to appreciate each other's differences.
51. I did meet a pretty cool guy at one get together though. I knew right away he'd be a big part of my life.
52. He started dating my roommate.
53. We all moved on. I tried to live with a friend from high school. She had a baby.
54. I was grateful I worked nights because he was colicky. She only lasted a couple of months before moving back with her parents.
55. I then moved in with my older brother and became really close to my first niece.
56. We had a blow up about a year later and I moved on.
57. I then lived on my own at 21.
58. I got my first job after high school at 19. I was the youngest one there, but the only one with my own car and my own place.
59. There was some crazy people at that place.
60. One woman cheated on her husband with a couple different employees.
61. She then started gaining weight and denied she was pregnant because her husband had a vasectomy after their number 5.
62. She had the baby on the sofa in the break room during her shift.
63. This job and those people are what made me realize I grew up in a sheltered bubble.
64. I learned a lot in those two years.
65. The most invaluable thing for me is getting to know and except people in all different situations and backgrounds then myself. I have a love for people from all walks of life.
66. Most of what I learned was good, but it also made me deal with a few traumatic things from my past.
67. I didn't make wise choices as a means to further stuff those issues.
68. One person there contributed to my start with an eating disorder which I continued to struggle with for the next 9 years.
69. During the peak of my struggles, I reconnected with the guy that dated my previous roommate. They had now broken up and we helped each other immensely. He helped me finally deal with several bottled up issues.
70. He remains an important part of my life to this day.
71. He is the one that gave me my favorite nickname, of which we named our daughter.
72. At 21 I worked at a rest stop cleaning the bathrooms and the grounds.
73. It freaked my parents out.
74. It was one of four jobs at the time.
75. I met incredible people.
76. The Rainbow People came through, from all over the country, on their way to Lowman.
77. I still have some neat trinkets and keepsakes from many of them.
78. one of the other jobs was working with autistic kids.
79. That was very rewarding.
80. The fourth job was being a delivery driver, after my regular shift, for the company that I held my main job with. The one with all the crazies!
81. In the apartment that I lived in alone, I randomly had clothes missing and things out of place for a month period of time.
82. I discovered the culprit when one day I saw a man walking down the street in an outfit oddly similar to one I owned and could no longer find!
83. My brother and I chased him and it turned out he lived in my building.
84. After calling the police, he admitted to repeatedly entering my apartment, with a key I didn't know existed, while I was at work during the day or out of town on the weekends.
85. He even came in a few times at night while I slept.
86. He'd use my telephone, sit in my 'old school' banana chair and watch tv, stealing my dresses and shoes when he left.
87. The next month when I received my phone bill there was several hundred dollars worth of sex line charges.

89. It was slightly creepy.
90. It didn't dissuade me from living on my own however and didn't seem to have any long term affects.
91. I hate to write until it comes to blogging...it's a new love.
92. I moved back home with my parents for a couple of months because they were selling my childhood home.
93. When the house sold and we all moved, I cried.
94. I moved in with a new friend Cody and mets lots of new, fun people!
95. In 1998 I met a boy who amazed me.
I knew right away that he'd be in my life forever.
96. We had our first kiss on his parents bed a few months later.
97. We went to the same high school and remembered each other.
98. He brings out the best in me.
99. He's just uber cool!
100. I do believe there is more then one person out there for everyone, but I know I found the perfect one for me on the first try.
101. In 1999 I moved in with my little brother. He was a great roommate!
102. I got married to my best friend in 2000.
103. I can hardly believe how incredible every moment is with him.
104. He is the ultimate nurturer, supporter and cheering squad.
105. I love his family as my own!
106. His parents are also still together.
107. They now live just blocks from my parents.
108. He brought with him 4 brothers that I love and admire, each for different reasons.
109. Since one of them is married, I have another sister. Currently there is a pretty rad girlfriend in the mix for another brother.
110. That has also brought me 4 more nieces and 1 more nephew to love.
111. We shared 9 amazing years together before adding to our family.
112. At first we thought we'd birth our children and got pregnant just as planned, two years after marriage.
113. Pregnancy sucked. Being that sick is not at all funny to me.
114. Then I miscarried at 7 weeks What a cruel joke.
115. We found out at 8 weeks at our first appointment. We thought all was going well. There was no heart beat.
115. That was disappointing.
116. Once was enough for me.
117. I am very comfortable with the thought of never birthing my own children.
118. Adoption is a beautiful thing.
119. I new from a young age that I would adopt.
120. Besides, I am busty enough and struggle with my weight without adding the ill effects of child birth and nursing!
121. In April of 2005, I finally made some resolve, and stopped all the madness of the eating disorder, cold turkey.
122. My husband was my constant through it all! I also don't think I'd still be here if it wasn't for my other good friend that gave me the nickname.
123. Ironically that was the same week my soon to be daughter was born, whom we met 2 years later, in January of 2007.
124. I have no doubt that my Heavenly Father was preparing me for this awesome journey and incredible little person!
125. I always wanted 13 children!
126. I am a property manager for a century old hotel converted to apartments 6 years ago.
127. It's said to be haunted.
128. It's provided some awesome and unexpected opportunities for us.
129. We adopted our beautiful daughter from China in January of 2007. She is our first.
130. I consider myself very blessed because she is a dream!
131. Mostly I am content with my little family and would be fine a one child family.
132. Other times I feel sad for what she'll miss out on without siblings.
133. I hope to always make her feel special.
134. I want to be the sort of mum her birth parents would be proud to meet, and be able to forgive themselves for abandoning her.
135. My heart breaks for them and what they're missing out on!
136. We wonder if she has any biological siblings roaming about.
137. I want my daughter to know and appreciate her Chinese Heritage.
138. We live in the heart of downtown in our city.
139. I guess you could say we're city kids, expect we love the small town feel, and some how being in the North End and Downtown of our city is like a small town all it's own.
140. I hope to never do suburbia.
141. I despise cleaning and laundry, and now cooking, since our kitchen is a hallway.
142. There's always something better to do like nurturing my relationships with my husband, daughter, family, friends, and the internet. ;)
143. I love my husband more then ever!
144. I love my life!
145. I love spring because 60* feels hot unlike the fall when, coming out of summer, 60* is freezing! :)
146. I love hooded sweatshirts...it's almost an obsession!
147. I also have an obsession with blankets...there are currently three around me(sitting on one, one on my lap and one next to me) even though it's 90* outside.
148. My favorite dates with KG are getting food from a restaurant to go, eating in bed and watching a mutually liked tv show.
149. I love getting mail!
150. I love to shop online because it means I get to look forward to a package for a whole week!

I love being married to my best friend. I love hot baths! I'm waiting for my ghost sighting since it's said that where I live and work is haunted. I'm slightly irreverent. I like it that way. I am shy. I am terrified of spiders and public speaking. I don't like to listen to people eat, especially when it's cereal. I love adoption. I don't like ignorance. I love my daughter. I love laughter. I have the greatest friends. I love my family. My nieces and nephews rock! I hate the smell of mildew and can sense it from far away, like if clothes have been in the washer too long! I love blankets!!! I also love decorative pillows and can't wait to have a sofa that they will look good on. I love colored walls. I don't care for pets, especially ones that pee on the floor. I can smell that from a mile away as well! I also don't like the hair they leave behind. I'm not comfortable in a perfect house but prefer one that looks lived in. I'd rather do just about anything then clean. i love the big lifesavers in the wintergreen variety-when they disolve into the soft sugar in your mouth! i love being barefoot in the sand. love chocolate! love ice cream!

Things are going well for us. My hubsand is gone this week on an annual motorcycle trip so I am being a single mom. I don't keep up with anybody from the ward except for what I hear from my parents but alot of people have moved out and then their ward spilt. I wish I would have kept better contact with some people.
Ah! Sad! We were up there like. "You know what would make this a billion times better? ANGE!" Where do you work now? I'm glad it's better for you and not haunted 0-0. Some poor person got a really weird note then with weird pictures on it lol. Yes let's plan something!

Cause I put Ugh when I first came back to work and I was in a n Ugh mood. I have changed the mood icon but not the message. Also I have my friends set to change every time the page is refreshed so my top friends are constantly changing.
I dropped my phone in the toliet...anyway I haven't been able to call you. I had Kami's children all last week, last night and today...How is your mom? My mom told me a little, but please tell her I'm thinking of her. I'll see you this weekend in Boise for the funeral. Love ya!
