A bit about me :
I was born in the UK, and moved with my parents to Brisbane, Australia in 1982 when I was 9. I spent the next 17 years going to school, bashing at drums and computers, honking clarinets, singing in the choir and generally being noisy. In 1999 it was time for a change, I moved to London to work as a programmer, whilst in the evenings practicing my DJing and expanding my record collection. Through partying at the weekend I got to know some good people and ended up playing at a lot of the big psytrance parties like Return to the Source (long time heroes), Liquid Connective, and more.
Whilst running a psytrance net radio show on www.pirate-radio.co.uk from my flat, I started writing trance under the name of Mr Biscuit, releasing several tracks on Organic Records (which I also did A&R for). Then I met Colin and formed Voice of Cod, which lead to an album and gigs all over the world. Since then I have again been focussing on producing on my own again. I've just had 3 months off from programming to write tunes and am hoping to stick to freelance work from now on to give me enough time for music, as there are very few things I enjoy more.
Zuloop is a cross between Zulu & Loop, the Zulu part referrring to the African tribe and the tribal spirit whilst the Loop comes from the art (science? religion ??) of music production. Dita, my better half came up with the name during a brainstorming session while we were on holiday.

Presenting the 7th Annual GAIAN MIND SUMMER FESTIVAL Summer Solstice / Full Moon June 18th-22nd, 2008, Central PA, USA Extended dates - gates open Wednesday!
Well hello there son! Blinding, belting, bonkers set last week - total fun! Alas Nick had taken me out all day flyering/drinking LOTS of cider (actually more of the latter really), so was rather hammered by the time we hit the gig. Good, great fun though - you and Dita fancy dinner at mine at some point?
What is the most characteristic about the scene? What differs it from all other scenes? And especially: What is it that makes you loving or perhaps also hating this scene and this style of electronic music?
So I have done a bit of house keeping on my page. I have updated my "top friends" to reflect those people or groups that have played an inspirational role to me. I am just stopping by to thank you for giving me a reason to put you up there. N.M.R.K.! BOOM!
