hip young gunslinger is a blog that 'deals with' pop music, electro music and indie music you can dance to. It is basically an 'indiepop electro' blog, whatever one of those is.
When not making brilliantly-conceived and well-argued points about world famous records and people, we also enjoy writing about up-and-coming bands and solo artists. If you are one of these, feel free to send us a message or 'drop us a line‘, or whatever it is people are doing these days, and tell us about yourselves.
We are also eager to hear from club promoters in the Manchester area: if you’ve got an amazing night you want the world to know about, let us know and we will tell them.
Visually, the site isn't up to much - it's essentially just a load of words on a pink background - but we have recently worked out how to put YouTube videos on it, which has spiced things up somewhat. Anyway, you get what you pay for, and the pink is very nice.
