Aubrey started out Djing with hip hop and break's in about 1983,an avid
bedroom dj until old enough to get into the world of the club's.
He got his first residency in a club in Portsmouth called Central Park.and soon was spinning,alonside,Grooverider,Luke Slater,Frankie Valentine,Mr,C.Grooverider,Femi B,
etc.
At the same time he was managing the legendary import record store Razzels,which
became famous throughout the South of England with regular customers Carl Cox,Luke Slater and visiters like Lenny Dee,Mr C.
Aubrey released his first record in 1989 Panic ,Voices of Energy which was licenced to Buzz 01 in Belgium and the next 2 releases on Buzz were by Mundo Muzique and Carl Craig.The track was a big fave with Mr,C who aubrey can remember,had a special rap that he once saw him do in Brighton,A LONG TIME AGO!
At the same time Aubrey gained a residency at the Famous club Sterns,which played host to just about anyone who was anyone at the time.
Which then led him onto,the bigger things in London in the early 90's and tours of Ibiza and all the top underground lLondon clubs alongside,Carl Cox,Grooverider,Kenny Ken,Mathew B,Femi B,Mr,C,Colin Favor, and Colin Dale
Aubrey continued releasing, and djing throughout the 90's both in the uk and internationally,turning down some very commercial offers for remixes that ended up
chart hits, he went on to set up 3 more labels.
Textures which was deep house and grooves.
Dark, which shows the more minimal and dark side if his work.
Super Disco Fakes, which was instrumental Hip Hop, but not under his name.
