'Almost There' is a new project by visual artist Joe Simpson. Collaborating with 12 bands and solo artists, Joe has created a series of paintings that has an original soundtrack. The paintings depict one character's journey as he leaves the city to find redemption on the open road.
The paintings will be exhibited with headphones beside each piece, to simulatanesouly view the images and listen to the music.
'Almost There' will be exhibited in London and Manchester early 2009.
