Ambience is one of those bands you'll hear on the radio and say, "Wow, I need to see these guys live".
The four members of this San Francisco based World Rock outfit have found a niche with their highly accessible, upbeat performance.

Ambience's mature song-writing skills are proven with anthems like "The Pilgrimage" and "Just Like You". They are able to maintain soothing melodic riffs with a psychedelic muse-like rhythm section.
2008 was the launching point for the bands career when their first single, "Two Mouths One Head" was released on KITS Live 105.3 The band was immediately booked for "BFD" at Shoreline Amphitheater in Mountain View; one of Northern California's largest alternative music festivals. Playing alongside bands like Mute Math, Metric and 311 has exposed them to major audiences.
Ambience recently debuted with B-Sides on MYX TV, which broadcasted an interview and performance to over two million viewers around the world.
After a Hollywood showcase at the Viper Room this past August, the band has entered the studio to record their official release with the goal of reaching fans at home and overseas.
2010 will be a great year to see this Bay Area band emerge as one of the strong live music acts for the new decade.

Once again I'll tell you guys that your performance at BFD was great. I loved the various instruments you all used, from the many drums to the lil' ocarina flute (I think it was). Ha, and I notice some of my Parkour friends have been making Ambience a myspace friend too.
