I like cats, Monty Python, Benny Hill, rock-‘n’-roll, chocolate, purple, Star Wars, JesusDressup.com, dogs, drawing, various arts and crafts, reading, finding ways to creatively recycle found items, thunderstorms, angels, dragons, and mountains.
And this thing:
Music
Rolling Stones, the Beatles, ZZ Top, ACDC, Led Zeppelin, Smashmouth, Chumbawamba, Duran Duran, Aerosmith, Pat Benatar, Peter Gabriel, Alice Cooper, Megadeth. At the other end of the scale, I also have some "mood music" type stuff in my collection, including Enya, "Pure Moods," and "Celtic Nights." Hey, it relaxes me at night, OKAY?? ¬_¬
Movies
Star Wars, Harry Potter, LoTR, The Fifth Element, Pirates of the Caribbean, almost anything with Bruce Campbell in it, old horror and sci-fi flicks.
Television
I haven't watched TV in a long time, since I currently don't have cable for it (only for my Internet service), but I LOVE the British series "Red Dwarf"! It was funny, weird, and cleverly written. I also loved "Mystery Science Theater 3000" and have many of the episodes on video tape. I was very disappointed when they finally went off the air. I also...enjoyed?...the "Lexx" series, although I'm not sure that "enjoyed" is the correct term. I think I just watched it because I was enthralled with its complete bizarreness and weird sexuality. Sometimes, I watched Buffy, Charmed, or Farscape, but couldn't get into those as much. TV generally bores me, with even the Discovery Channel and the Killing-People-and-Blowing-up-Stuff (aka, History) Channel becoming repetitious after awhile. How many documentaries on the life of elephants do we really need?
Books
I like books about art, the history of religion, nature, astronomy, and dinosaurs. Also fantasy novels, the Conan of Cimmeria and Solomon Kane stories by Robert E. Howard, Dragonriders of Pern, and "The Cat Who..." mystery novels by Lilian Jackson Braun. Currently reading: "The Jesus Mysteries," by Timothy Freke and Peter Gandy.
About me: My name iS Lois. I lived in Cleveland, Ohio until a couple years ago when, after going through some rough times, I decided to move to Arizona, and was lucky enough to have friends who put me up for a couple of months until I got a job and a place to live. I had only ever met them over the Internet, through a message board forum, but we hit it off as if we'd known each other forever--so don't believe people who say that everyone you meet online is a potential ax-murderer! I’m now living in a tiny apartment in downtown Prescott, a little touristy town of about 30,000. I am currently between jobs, having quit my job at Springhill Suites hotel.

Thanks for your comment. Are you able to let me know which particular links are not working? (off the top of your head). Did once have interest from a book agent but she couldn't sell it to publishers (they thought we were insane).
