Artcore - One of the World's oldest punk zines (est. January 1986), dedicated to the promotion of the original spirit of the international hardcore punk scene through the obsolete medium of the paper fanzine.
If you didn't get angry about what we thought about your shitty favourite band, or your latest shitty soup of the day band trying for the big-time, then we failed.
Artcore is not about nostalgia, it's supposed to be an antidote to allowing career music journalists to re-write punk history and pretend they would've actually liked it, if they'd actually been around.
Never mind though, since discovering Green Day ten years ago, you've no doubt moved back to listening to faux-Indie 'rock' or the devastatingly banal metal turd from whence you came, now that punk isn't cool anymore. And it's probably for the best.
