By 1988 the radio went the way of shit! we've been into the noise genre since 1981 college radio played it heavily between 81 & 86 throbbing gristle/coil caught my attention! cabaret voltaire came soon afterwards. since those days, a growing contempt for commercial radio has prompted us to start doing our own sounds! to fuck the establishment further we took on the name artunit, as an insult to the commercialized art industry! / our material takes no shape or form in terms of sound, we make what has been called harsh noise/dark or death ambient/minimalistic, but our stuff at most times goes beyond these titles, we are true experimentalists in the sense of the word itself! our process of creating is unorthodox I put stuff together that don't go together! and create in a way that can't be repeated- inprovisation they call it. so we are inprov-experimentalist! and one day we would like to make creepy scores for horror movies because that's what me and my wife are into, and pleassssse while listening to the trks have a open mind, if your some brainless hollywood idiot this style of music or noise & sound is not for you!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Aurora was a very interesting collab project for me. creating sounds only with voice and few effects. the first time I did sounds in this way. but it was a lot of fun. thanks I'm ok now. a bit sick and overworked the last week. I'm looking forward to the holidays. and how are you? hope all is ok?

By listening again to HDMFZ, i thought that maybe you could "spacialize" your compact density (it would add a special three dimension effect, especially for the immersion of the listener, i would be curious of the result)... It's a simple suggestion my friends, your work is awesome (compact density is your sound too...) Big respect from Paris!
